Hi,
When I am trying to access http://<ccm ip>/ccmuser, it displays "you are not authorized to view this page".
If any one know what is the issue, pls help me.

Make sure user is associated to Standard CCM End Users group if Linux version
If windows version run adminutility.exe after hours

I am using CCM 4.1(3). When i ran adminutility, it shows password synchronized. But still have the problem.

In this case the URL is:
https://ccm/ccmuser
you need to put an "s" in there
