UC 500 and 7931 Data speeds very slow

I have a customer that we put in a UC500 with 7931 phones and now is complaining that his data access to the Internet and his applications are extremely slow. Once he connect the PC directly into the UC500, everything is good, it's just when he goes through the phone. The ethernet port configuration is:

interface FastEthernet 0/1/0

switchport voice vlan 100

macro description cisco-phone

spanning-tree portfast

Any thoughts?
