We are having issues with the WiSM modules dropping their service connections. We have two WiSM modules in two separate 6509 switches. WCS will first report:
Keepalive messages are lost between Master and Controller
I then login to the 6509 and do show wism status and get this for each controller:
Service Port Down
If I login to the WiSM via the console port on the WiSM, I can not ping the service vlan on the 6500, to resolve this issue I have to restart the WiSM. This happens pretty often, about once every 2-3 weeks.
