We are having a problem with outbound calls in that the calls are connecting OK, but we (the caller) get a busy tone after 180 seconds and the call disconnects. I notice that the ringing timeouts on the FXO ports is set to 180 seconds, so i think this is the cause of the problem.
However, the calls ARE connecting to the outside, so it should not be timing out. I guess that the Ports are not realsing that the call has been answered and treating the call as though its still ringing
Any help or pointers would be great. The FXO Port is configured as follows
voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone pre-connect
supervisory answer dualtone
cptone GB
connection plar opx 305
impedance complex2
description Configured by CCA 4 FXO-0/1/0-Custom
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
Many thanks

Paul,
Is this still an issue? Have you tried removing the supervised answer or setting the sensitivity higher or lower? I have a feeling that could be the cause of your issue. If you need more details, let me know.
Thanks,
Steve
