I am experiencing intermittent issues with DCR service (Error in communicating with DCA Server), I shutdown and restart the daemon manager, DCR service finally comes up however several days later it goes down again. I do not have any anti-virus software running, any suggestions?

Please post the IC_Server.log and ICServer.log after DCRServer goes down.

You are hitting bug CSCso06213. The solution is to upgrade to LMS 3.1. The workaround is to restart dmgtd when the problem occurs.
