Can the Siebel agent be monitored via the standard CTIOS Supervisor Desktop application?
If so are there any caveats to it? I would assume that features like CTIOS monitoring and recording, chat, etc. wouldn't work but that agent state should be ok since the Seibel agent talks to the CTIOS server on the backend.
We are using ICM 7.1(4) currently. Thanks in advance for the help.
