I'm setting up CUCME on a 2851 running IOS 12.4(9)T7. I set up the phone loads and uploaded the firmware files, but the two phone types I have, 7941G and 7911G aren't liking it. The 7911's loop through a Cisco and "upgrading" screen, though it doesn't upgrade. The 7941's look like they download the firmware, but then it's hanging on the Cisco screen with a small "target" icon in the lower left where the check mark usually is.
I'm stumped. Here's the relevant config from the router:
no ip dhcp use vrf connected
ip dhcp excluded-address 192.168.150.1 192.168.150.50
ip dhcp excluded-address 192.168.150.240 192.168.150.255
ip dhcp pool ITS
network 192.168.150.0 255.255.255.0
option 150 ip 192.168.150.1
ip address 192.168.150.1 255.255.255.0
load 7941 TERM41.7-0-3-0S
load 7911 SCCP11.7-2-1-0S
ip source-address 192.168.150.1 port 2000
auto assign 1 to 40
dialplan-pattern 1 5083213... extension-length 4
max-conferences 8 gain -6
create cnf-files version-stamp 7960 Sep 08 2008 16:23:35
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: The phones will show up in the dhcp binding log on the router. I'm assuming this is a load issue, but I'm sure I have all the files required...
But I must have missed something.
