Re-starting 4.2 CDR service

CDR Insert Service will not start on pub. Event log says invalid pswd/login. Changed password of CDR weg gui admin. The Windows service, starts as another user, which I changed the password to. I cannot reinstall CDR, as there seems to be no documentation on site as to what the passphrase was/is. Thoughts are welcome as to how to start the service.

first of all put back the user that the service was using, you should not change those

use the adminutility tool to change the pwd and then try again

CDR insert is not installed with CAR, it's installed along with CUCM and cannot be reinstalled
