how to change Agent's password

Hi ,

I have just finished creating all Agents for my IPCC Enterprise system.

But I don't know how agents can change the password themselves.

Any idea ?

Agent password data is stored in the t_Person table on the Logger, and each PW is MD5 encrypted.

Currently the only application that allows you to change agent passwords is the Person List Tool on an AW.

None that I am aware of, no.

CAD Supervisor Desktop provides a mechanism for Supervisors to change their passwords, but even CAD doesn't provide a way for Agents to do the same...

But now, I am using CTIOS client ( Not CAD). how can supervisor do that ?

Based on the quick look I just had through the CTIOS docs, it doesn't look like CTIOS supervisor desktop offers a password change capability.
