UCCE User Active Directory Integration

Is there a way to integrate user accounts and passwords with Acive Directory for a UCCE with CVP implementation?

Supervisor and administrator accounts are already AD integrated.

Agent accounts and passwords are stored within the ICM DB only - they are not AD integrated.

CTIOS and CAD both support login by name or ID number, so you can use AD-like login names, although the password information is stored in the ICM DB, and is not integrated with AD.

We have previously explored exporting password data from the AD into ICM, but we found it to not be possible.

I should note that Supervisors actually have 2 passwords:

1. Their AD password, used for logging into their PCs and to WebView.

2. Their CTI Desktop password, which is used to log into their agent desktop - this is also not AD integrated...
