How to setup IP phone,configuration and Implement

Dear all expert,

Can you help me ? i some quetion to ask you about Ip phone.

My side i sued cisco switch CE 500 and i would like to use IP phone but i not clear how it work, which equipment that it can use,how to configure ?

I really want to know this issue?

cisco phones need ip connectivity first through a switch then it need a call control system with a TFTP service enabled to let the TFTP rgister the ip phone with the call control system the call control with cisco is either callmanager express for small offices which is based on IOS router or a callmanager also the new version call unified communication manager based on server (applaince based) these the basic required equipment for voice to work

and there are alot more things in IP communications such as voice mail , conferencing and so on
