Error Message %SIBYTE-3-CORRECTABLE_ECC_ERR:

We have one Cisco 7613 and it is logging the message: %SIBYTE-3-CORRECTABLE_ECC_ERR:. It happens once during the day.

What does it means? Is there a workaround for it? Can it be caused by RF radiation a FR radiation?
