Hi all,
Can anyone advise me how I pull call logs from particular gateways in RTMT?
i.e. which menus to go through in trace and log central?

if what you're looking for is ccm trace from only one device you would need to configure that before gathering the trace, that's under trace config. otherwise you will pull info from all devices as there is no filtering for that when gathering the trace

realt time trace > ccm > call manager > ?
Sorry I do not know how to navigate the logs

if you want to configure them it's in serviceability
if you want to gather then open RTMT
Trace -> Collect Files

Alternatively can I view logs of calls coming in?

traces do not have that kind of filtering, you can see all the activity from a single phone but i mean ALL activity (off-hook, on-hook, user pressed a softkey, etc)
you would need to look at the trace for incoming calls manually
