Hi all,
Hi have install on the customer unity 4.2, i want the configure the folowing scenario :
A call cames in to the call manager and is forward to the unity the unity plays a greeting message and then transfer the call to a unsubscriber for the unity.
Can any one tell me if this is possible and how its done.

create a CTI RP with CFA to VM, create a call routing rule to get the call, send it to a call handler and after the greeting attempt a transfer to another call handler which has set under transfer options "yes, ring subscriber at this extension"

Hi,
When configuring the CTI route point should i also create any user to associate the route-point. This is because i have create the cti rp but the cti rp does not register with the CM.

CUCM 101: CTI route points unless used for a JTAPI app (CUE, UCCX, UCCE, etc) never register but they can work forwarding calls. if used with a JTAPI app then you DO need to associate the JTAPI user to them, only then they will show up as registered
