etherchannel on 2 TenGigabitethernet on Catalyst 4503

My name is David,

Please I cant configure 2 TenGigabitethernet on Catalyst 4503, when I do that dont work the etherchannel I'm using interface Port-channel1, switchport on (global) and in the interfaces 10Giga the command .. switchport mode trunk and channel-group 1 mode on..... but the etherchannel dont work....please help me...thanks

Hi David,

1.What are the ports( Ethernet/Fastethernet/Gigabit/TenGigabit) on peer side ?

2.interface TenGigabitethernet

swicthport

switchport mode trunk

channel-group 1 mode on

this should work.

3.hope you are doing same config on peer side ??

4.Also if possible paste the config of all 10gig interface 2 on one side & 2 on another side , as well as confgi of port-channel interface ??

Thanks for all.... I have 2 Switch Catalyst 4503 that has every one 2 modules of 10 Giga... and i need configure etherchannel over that 2 modules of 10 Gigas....I use the commands taht you send me..but you forget the command global "interface Port-channel1" ??.. or it is confiigure by default ??...please help me..thanks
