Bandwidth reservation CE - CE

I am working on a network that has recently migrated from Frame Relay to MPLS. CAR was set up on the frame relay circuits to guarentee bandwidth for various applications. Is it possible to achieve the same results over a providers MPLS network?

Site A CE 20Mbps HSSI to PE

Site B CE 6Mbps HSSI to PE

I have this problem too.

u can simply use policing with policy map

or traffic shaping with nested policy map and QOs

if u have voice

I currently have a traffic map in place for all traffic out of the interfaces:

Can I throttle down traffic going to specific endpoints?
