On Windows, you can run pdshow from a DOS prompt. On Solaris, run /opt/CSCOpx/bin/pdshow.

Try starting UPMProcess manually using the command:

pdexec UPMProcess

The command is:

pdexec UPMProcess

Case is important. However, that may not bring HUM up. Instead, try restarting all of dmgtd:

net stop crmdmgtd

net start crmdmgtd

This is fine. Now, shutdown Daemon Manager, and post the output of netstat -a -n -o -b.

Some of the LMS processes are not stopping properly. I suspect this is due to CSCsm04957. You need to upgrade to DFM 3.0.3. In the meantime, if you reboot this server, you should get HUM to work again, but the problem will most likely return until you upgrade DFM.

Awesome, the reboot fix it, I try looking for the DFM upgrade but no luck, I only see DFM 2.X upgrade. Any ideas?

You can find DFM 3.0.3 from Common Services > Software Center > Software Update.

Redirect the output to a file, then post the file.
