Sorry I am new to this forums, here it is

Please post the upm_process.log and the UPMProcess.log.

here it is

Try starting UPMProcess manually using the command:

pdexec UPMProcess

ERROR: cmd failed. Server reason: Application UPMprocess is not registered. All requests to operate on this application

will be ignored.

The command is:

pdexec UPMProcess

Case is important. However, that may not bring HUM up. Instead, try restarting all of dmgtd:

net stop crmdmgtd

net start crmdmgtd

C:\Documents and Settings\net-eng>net stop crmdmgtd

System error 1060 has occurred.

The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

disregard the last message, I was in the wrong screen

I just restarted the process I am going to try again to add the Poll

I amgetting the same error again
