cisco unity express - automatic voicemail out of hours????

Does anyone know if the following can be done?

1) after 5pm in the evening is there a way to automtically forward all calls to voicemail on particular extensions or all calls to a single number without user intervension?

2) if you setup two hunt groups say group1 and group2 and extension 2000 say is in both hunt groups and it is a cisco 7941 ip phone (only two buttons). if we use overlay extensions is it possible that if a call comes in hunt group1 the phone states group1 and if the call comes through the second group it says group2 on the display?

I have this problem too.
