CUCM 6.x trace files

Hi,

Can anybody help in trying to trace the following file -

cm/trace/dbl/showtechdbstateinfo_cdr_err3829.out

Hi James,

I dont understand what exactly you want but to see a file use :

file view active cm/trace/dbl/showtechdbstateinfo_cdr_err3829.out

file ? is your friend

Hi,

I have never collected a CCM trace from a linux CCM before, so l am trying to find out where that file is stored.

I know that you are to use the RTMT tool and then go into trace collection, but l just wondered where the above file is located??

II tried to access the file as you described above and received the following -

admin:file view activelog cm/trace/dbl/showtechdbstateinfo_cdr_err3829.out

SERVER:SEQNO REVIEW TIME ERROR

end of the file reached

Any help??
