Phone rings with duplicate call

I'm getting scattered reports today of a weird phenomenon with users' IP Phones. A user will be on a call with someone and their phone will ring again, with another call, from the same person who they're talking to. Those that have picked it up get nothing and the second call ends, the first one continuing on hold.

The calls have been both intracluster and intercluster, but all have been between IP phones. We're running CM 5.1.3.1105-2 with ICT's between clusters.

I was thinking of upgrading to 5.1.4.4000 and see if it goes away, but I thought I'd see if anyone has ever seen this before. Since it's not really causing any outages, it's not a huge concern, just something that's got me wondering where to look.

Thanks in advance

Ensure that a unique call park number is assigned to each Cisco Unified CallManager in the cluster
