IP Phone 7961: Factory Reset

I performed a factory reset on 1 of my phones and I did not see the option to maintain the network configurations. Now the phone keeps rebooting probably because it cant find the CM server.

How can I stop the phone from rebooting so i can access the menus to specify the CM servers?

if you cannot stop it then configure a DHCP server to get the info into the phone
