I support a company who is using the Cisco IOS Fax Server software with their Cisco VOIP using Unity Express, recieving and sending faxes through a single fax/modem (Zoom v92). The server is configured to send the incoming faxes to the user's Outlook inbox. For the past year, some users receive multiple email messages where the incoming fax has been broken into multiple files. The problem is not consistent and a user may receive a 30 page fax fine one day and then recieve three messages for a three page fax the next day. We have replaced the fax/modem device and confirmed the Cisco ATA device is working correctly. Outgoing seems just fine but most of the outgoing faxes are to a regular fax machine and is not being translated into an email. I have reloaded the fax server software as well but the problem remains.
Any thoughts of what I am missing?
