C2948 CatOS 8.3 QoS config for voice

Can someone supply a good example of CatOS C2948 config for QoS for voice?

I've been unsuccessful at finding a good config guide on CCO.

I'm actually looking for some doc that specifically tells about how the port queues are to be set up. The version of CatOS doesn't support Auto Qos, so I need to build out the queue(s). I found one doc that mentioned queues, but it is cryptic....what are the weights? What do I weigh COS 4 and 5? Weight 4? Does that put those packets in Pq?
