CORE1#show version

Cisco IOS Software, s72033_rp Software (s72033_rp-ADVIPSERVICESK9_WAN-VM), Versi on 12.2(33)SXH1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

Hi, the 12.2(33)-SXH1 version doesnt support any service modules apart from NAM-1,2. It is in the pipeline to support more service modules in future release 12.2-SXI.

Hi!

You are using a VSS there? Do a show module and paste here the results.

In case you are using VSS,

do the following:

sh platform hardware pfc mode

PFC operating mode : (tell us what is displayed here)

If modules are installed in a system that contains a DFC3C, then the module may never be allowed to power up.

Cheers,

Calin

Hi,

Your question was already answered in this thread:

The service modules you have aren't supported with VSS quite yet. VSS support for ACE10, ACE20, FWSM, IDSM, and WiSM will come with the 12.2(33)SXI code release.

Hi,

FYI.. 12.2(33)SXI for the Catalyst 6500 has been posted on cisco.com and this version of software does support FWSM with VSS.
