Permission wizard in CCMAdmin

Hi,

In my lab, somebody reset CCMAdmin & CCMUser permission wizard in IIS-->Default Website in version 4.1. Now i cannot access ccmadmin webpage and ccmuser webpage. How can i reset this?.

Also when i am pressing Services Button in IP Phone, It displays a HTML file.?

How can i resolve these problems?.

This issue occurs due to security permission issues in MS Exchange. In case Users are in an organizational unit to which Cisco Unity does not have access, run the AD synchronization with DohPropTest. Also run the Permissions Wizard. After this is done, users can be imported successfully.
