What command will allow me to see the RAM of a 6500 "line card"?

I've memory in a line card that has no label on it and I want to upgrade to 512MB. What command will alow me to see the RAM (256, 512, 1024MB) sitting on the board of a line card (not RP or SP)?

You can issue the remote login to the line card.
