Hi all,
is it a normal condition that on every Call Manager version 5.X i have a packet loss during ping ?
In particular every 5 packet reachable one is lost.
I have tried on 6 different cluster and 2 different customer.
Below an output of the problem.
GKB#ping
Protocol [ip]:
Target IP address: X.X.X.X
Repeat count [5]: 1000
Datagram size [100]: 10000
Timeout in seconds [2]:
Extended commands [n]:
Sweep range of sizes [n]:
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 1000, 10000-byte ICMP Echos to X.X.X.X, timeout is 2 seconds:

Hello Marco,
I'm guessing that this is by design, as I experienced the same issue with CUCM 6.x. I could never get a definitive answer from cisco however.
