Autonomous access points can only be managed by WLSM/WLSE. WLC/WCS is only for Lightweight access points.

Autonomous AP's are standalone and can't be controlled by WLC or WCS.


However, you can use WLSE for proper management of these standalone devices.


You can also convert your Autonomous Ap to LWAP, so that they can work with WLC.
