broadcast SSIDs disappear - intel client

We run several clients on SSIDs that are broadcast. Occasionally the SSIDs disappear from the list of available networks for our Intel clients but they still work for Oddessey and Microsoft. We have to bounce the APs or controller to get them to come back. The symptoms match many of the problems with 5.0.148, but we're on 5.0.148.2 (the fix to the previous code). So far, TAC hasn't seen this same thing on 5.0.148.2. Oh, part of the equation is that we also just lit up some guest access with web-auth (not sure why that matters but TAC mentioned it had something to do with it). SSIDs with different security like WEP vs. WPA are also still visible when the WPA ones drop. Anyone else seeing something like this?

I've met similar thing prevously, most time it's related to client wireless card driver, try to download and install the most updated driver. Sometimes a temperary solution is to delete the WLAN profile and recreate it, then it will work
