Using CM5.1-3

I have a about 300 entries on the directory and all of a sudden about a 100 of the numbers show an "unknown Status" on the ac. I have reset CTI and Ac service on both CMs - re-installed the ac console, checked there are no firewalls in place and there is nothing similar about the phones that shown an unknown status. the numbers in the directory and 11 digits and I have app dial rules and lookup rules that remove the first 7 digits, CM is AD integrated

any ideas?

I have this problem too.

verify that the Service Parameter "LineStateUpdateenabled" for CallManager service is set to true.

Line State Update Enabled: This parameter specifies whether the

Line State Server can track the active/inactive states of each DN. Valid values specify True (the Line State Server can track the

status of each directory number) or False (the Line State Server cannot

track the status of each directory number). You must restart the

Cisco CallManager service or reregister the directory number for the parameter change to take effect.
