PSTN calls to voicemail failed

Hi

I have a problem when calling to voicemail number from external.

1. When I call the voicemail DDI number, I am hearing ringback tone, instead of the voicemail greeting. If I call internally, it will work well, but not externally. I have did a debug and saw that the call did route into the CME correctly.

2. When I activate call forward all on one DN to voicemail and tried calling in from external, I am also hearing ringback tone (ringing w/o triggering to voicemail). However my call is actually recorded in voicemail.

However, if the call is overflow to voicemail when CFNA, it will work fine.

I am running CME 4.3 (IOS 12.4(15)XZ) with CUE 3.1.

Any advice is appreciated.

Are the calls arriving on the PRI? If so, add the following:

port 0/0/0:15

to this dial-peer:

dial-peer voice 1000 pots

description "E1 PRI pots dial-peer"

translation-profile incoming Incoming-Translate

incoming called-number .

direct-inward-dial
