I am trying to get a 4 digit 6XXX and a 5 digit 6XXXX work without interdigit timeout.

I tried checking the urgent priority for 6XXX but still waits for the extra digit (likely due to the existing 6XXXX).

Customer needs both to work. I tried 6XXX# and still does not work.

There is a gatekeeper invoved in the architecture - hope that is not involved.

I tried 6! and still the 6XXX# does not work. Any suggestions? Thank you.

You cannot make them work without interdigit timout on CM. You will need to have more specific non-overlapping pattern to elimiate the inter-digit timeout.

Sorry, HTH
