Secure ACS - Remote Agent CLI

Hello.

We have a Secure ACS 4.1 Solution Engine. I would like to use the Remote Agent CLI to export users but I don't understand how (or where) to launch the Remote Agent CLI. Does it run from one of our Remote Agent workstations?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot do that using Remote Agent.

May I ask what do you ultimately want to achieve by exporting users from ACS 4.1, and what is your impression that what will you have in that exported user's ?

The Troubleshooting Guide mentions a Remote Agent CLI (Solution Engine). One of the CLI commands can be used to export user info to an FTP server.

Goal: I need to have a list of all users on the ACS.

You can do that from serial console,

The device is at a remote site. From the documentation, it appears that this can be done remotely. Is this not possible?

Which documentation are you referring to ?

AFAIK, we need serial console access for ACS SE to get this done.
