Hi all
Do any of you know how much call history is saved in a 7941 ip phone. I.E. when i press 9 on my phone i get the history listings for all the numbers i have dialed that start with 9. I would also like to know if there is a way to modify/disable the collection of these records. We are using CUCM 4.2.3.
Thanks

Hi!
There is no option to disable the 'Call History' on the IP Phones. Callmanager does not control the call history this is saved on the phone itself.

Tere.

Hi Bryan,
Just to add a note to the good tips from Tere;
Here are the numbers;
7941G
Missed Calls, Placed Calls, or Received Calls. Each stores up to 100 records.
To add "9" to the Missed Calls there is a nice step by step guide in this doc;
Add Prefix to the Missed Call Number

Hope this helps!
