Add Ring Tones to a Clients Phone

We have a user who has a 7961 who only is able to choose from about 3 ring tones, while the rest of the users can chose from Many ring tones.

Where do i update this so that she can chose from all the same ring tones as everyone else?

I have this problem too.

CM or CME? If CME, do a factory reset on the phone. Also, go under telephony-services and do a no create-cnf files then create-cnf files. If CM, do a factory reset.

We are on CM 6.0. I'm positive her phone has been reset and she has the current firmware as all the other phones. I will double check and also do the idea presented here.
