We are setup using Unity for Voicemail. We also have a Blacberry Server tosupport our Blacberry Cellphones. We have three users who are unable to open the voicemails forwarded to their Blackberries. When they are asked for their Unity Voicemail Password and number to call back to they receive the following error code: 80004005 Unable to change number. Any one run across this before? We have basically tried everything including deleting their Unity and Blackberry accounts and wiping and resetting their phones. Thanks!

John,
In order for the BES server to play the wav files sent by unity you must do the following in the BES server.
On the BES SERVER.
Open the "blackberry server" configuration MMC
Select the "Attachment Server" TAB
-add ":wav" to the "format extensions" text box (at the end)
-Restart your Blackberry Services or you may also need to reboot your BES server in order for the settings to take effect.
also if i am not mistaken you will need to make some changes to unity as well using the unity tools depot, there is a setting in the tools depot that you can change the audio files to GSM, i cant rememnber where is that setting at? are you using unity 4.x or unity 5 ?

Our servers are already setup correctly. All of our other users have no problems accessing their voice messages. Just three particular people.

Are all the devices in the enterprise the same? if not, the 3 that don't work, are they media-enabled blackberries?

Yes they are the same and they are media enabled. We currently have 49 devices and all of them are working except for three.
