HTTP Action does not pop new link into the browser

I am working on a cript to collect data from existing customer database and format into an http url for screen pop into CAD integrate browser when agent is receiving call. I am a novice with CRS scripting too, and am struggling for the last couple days on this. I have follow the instruction on Admin guide, but it is to no avail. Please give some pointer on how to have this http action task accomplish.

I will check on the document. But I am working on Contact Center Express version 5.0.2 Premium version. Don't know if it is applicable or not.

Is anyone having any luck with http action set up from Cisco Desktop Admin that is working? Can you share some pointer on how to make it work. One of the main issue that I ran across is Enterprise Data is not consistently available when I try to add the Request Data section.

I able to get it working right now. The only different thing that I tried this time is setting up the http action from the CCX server itself, not from a remote system.
