The issue is often caused by a SQL replication issue between the two CRS nodes. To resolve the issue, do this:


1. Log into the Application Administration page.

2. Select System -> Control Center -> Component Activation

3. Select the Subscriber node

4. Deselect the Agent, Historical and Repository datastores, then click update

5. Select the Agent, Historical and Repository datastores, then click update to re-activate the datastores.

6. restart the CDR Node Manager service
