Is there way to configure the Attendant Console Audible Alerts to play longer than half a second? The default file is 2 seconds, but only half a second plays. Ummm, not long enough to be alerted.
It's something within the files to change this. Has anything figured out how to change this behavior?

Once the "Enable Audible Alerts" checkbox has been seleted, AC will trigger a file from here when a new call comes in:
c:\Program Files\Cisco\Call Manager Attendant Console\audio
..and it will play its duration. I'm not sure why it's only playing half a second but you could try dropping a new file from another install into this directory to see if it improves anything.
