TWO Attendant Console users

Hi all, I need to obtain this configuration:

- One pilot point

- Two ac user in AC hunt group

- One AC user associated with one phone and second AC user to another phone (two different users in two different places)

I've tried to:

- using the same AC user (ac) on both pc, but when I login into second pc, first ac on first pc is logged out

- use two ac users (ac and ac2), but second user (ac2) can't control a second ip phone...

I've configured association into User->Global Directory...

The ac user is an application user and you should not be loggin in with it. Please follow the very detailed steps in this document on how to configure it:

We did something similar to this, but have you thought of perhaps making the hunt group alternate between the extensions of the two AC users. For example

User one has

x5100

x5102

x5104

x5106

User two has

5101

5103

5105

5107

Your hunt group goes 5100 > 5101 > 5102 > 5103 > 5104 ....
