This is recorded in the format supported by IP IVR.
Bit Rate - 64kbps
Audio sample size - 8 bit
Channels - 1 (mono)
Audio sample rate - 8 KHz
Audio Format - CCITT u-Law
When we hear it on a local machine, it is playing properly. But when ported on our production machine (IP IVR 5.0), it is giving a continous disturbance for all the prompts.
Can someone help me out on this?
