We hare opening a new building that will host our companies main application servers (all except two servers will connect to two catalyst 3020 blade swithces that we are relocating). There will be up to 500 members of staff using Cisco IP phones. Two remote sites connect with 100MB connections. Our 100MB Internet connection will be protected by an ASA.

As we are taking our blade switches with us, what would be the appropriate switches for the rest of this site.

It's really hard for anyone to blindly recommend switches w/o knowing your applications and network load. There are some excellent design guides Cisco puts out that can help design and determine the equipment you should use. The guides can be found at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/netsol/ns656/networking_solutions_design_guidances_list.html
