Hi,
I have the following set-up on CUCM 6.1 -
1. created a directory -
Desktops/320x196x4
2. In the directory l have upload the following files (see attachments)
3. Stopped/Started the tftp service
4. Restarted the IP Phone (7940)
The phone resets, but l do not see the phone logo. Any ideas where l might be going wrong?

if it's indeed the 7940 we're talking about, it cannot have logos, only 7941's and above
only option is the idle URL, if interested search that on CCO. should be the 1st or 2nd result

Do you need to follow steps 1 thru to 6? And how is this to be done if you are using CCM6.x?
