Hi can someone point me in the direction of a document that helps with hide NAT through an IPSEC tunnel on IOS router 871?

Hope i understand your requirement. If not , let me know or explain further.
You will have to deny the IPsec traffic for NAT.

Im still having problems although the link was helpfull.
I cant seem to nat my source IP addresses before they go through the VPN tunnel?
Any more links?

So you do not want to bypass NAT but infact want to do NAT . right?
