In CAR, when I go to System > System Parameters > Gateway Configuration I recieve the following error:
10011 - System Error. Contact System Administrator.
I also get this error when I try to run Gateway Utilization Reports.
I can search CDRs and Device Reports by gateway no problem. But, If I choose Device Reports > Gateway > Detail, click on the gateways I want to view, then ckick "View Report" I recieve the following error:
30061: No information is available in the database.
