CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13
In CAR, when I go to System > System Parameters > Gateway Configuration I recieve the following error:
10011 - System Error. Contact System Administrator.
I also get this error when I try to run Gateway Utilization Reports.
I can search CDRs and Device Reports by gateway no problem. But, If I choose Device Reports > Gateway > Detail, click on the gateways I want to view, then ckick "View Report" I recieve the following error:
30061: No information is available in the database.

This error message is likely to appear when Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) 4.1.3 is used.
In order to overcome this issue, upgrade the Cisco Unified Communications Manager to version 4.2 or later .

Resolution:
Purge ART database
- Start / Programs / Microsoft SQL Server / Query Analyzer
- Select "art" database
- Then copy the following commands in the command window
* delete from Tbl_Load_History
* delete from Tbl_Dump_PkID
* delete from Tbl_Error_Id_Map
* delete from Tbl_Billing_Data
* delete from Tbl_Billing_Error
* delete from Tbl_Dump_CallDetailRecord
* delete from Tbl_Dump_CallDetailRecordDiagnostic
Run CDR load
- In CAR go under System /Scheduler / CDR Load / Load CDR & CMR
- Increase the Duration of a loading cycle to 60 min Update
- Then go to System / Control Center / stop and start ART.

The version of CUCM that I am running is CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13 (as stated in my original post), so this bug does not apply.
