I've never completely restricted the CCMUser page within enterprise parameters for any of my companies customers but its definately an option if you want to retrict these things:
Show Ring Settings
Show Call Forwarding
Show Speed Dial Settings
Show Cisco IP Phone Services Settings
Show Personal Address Book Settings
Show Message Waiting Lamp Policy Settings
Show Line Text Label Settings
Show Locale for Phone Settings
Show Locale for Web Pages Settings
Show Change Password Option
Show Change PIN Option
Show Download Plugin Option
Show Online Guide Option
Usually I'd only restrict the ring setting and line text label.
