Cut down ccmuser pages

Hi all,

Can I remove the line settings configuration from the ccmuser pages?

Some people think this may cause a problem.

Users in our organisation are allowed to call forward but are not permitted to remove voicemail.

Is this possible?

If are talking about CF, it applies for all users, can u elaborate a little further remove voicemail option?

Within the ccmuser pages > device > line configuration I want to stop users from being able to remove their voicemail.

Hi Jamie,

Do you mean the CallFWD to voicemail options or the MWI (see attached)?

Either way, it's not possible to retrict this without entirely restricting call forwarding or message waiting lamp policies on the CCMUser pages.

Show Call Forwarding options are the ones that you have.

CCM 5.1.3-4 are not able to see the Call forward and I would like to let them change it from CCMUSER.

in enterprise parameters Show Call Forwarding is set to true and in CCM user if I clik on line setting the message is :

Line Settings Unavailable The Line Settings option is unavailable. Please contact your System Administrator for more information.

any idea ?
