Unity Connection cannot get users from CCM

Hi all,

I've just installed a brand new Cisco Unified Communication Business Edition.

I've configured Voice Mail integration between CCM and CUC. The integration seem success (can call to voice mail pilot number), but Unity Connection cannot find any End users in CCM.

Any suggestion, thanks million

I have this problem too.

If you're creating them via "End Users", you'll need to make sure they have a phone device associated with them as their primary extension. Otherwise they will not show up for import.

The other alternative would be to create the users by "User/Phone Add" which will all you to assign a user a voice mail box upon user creation all in one step.
